• Please submit separate abstracts for multiple presentations.
• Free Paper / Innovation Abstract: 250-word limit.
• E-Poster Abstract: 250-word limit.
• Abstracts must contain original content and should not be submitted to any other regional, national, or international meeting.
• Multiple abstract submissions are permitted; however, the same study/data set cannot be submitted in multiple categories.
• Registration is mandatory for abstract presentation.
• Acceptance will be subject to review by the Scientific Committee and availability of presentation slots.
• Abstracts not selected for named sessions may be included in the Free Paper or Poster category.
• Use clear and concise scientific language.
• Avoid unnecessary abbreviations.
• Do not include references, tables, or figures.
• Include relevant numerical findings in results.
• Incomplete abstracts (e.g., “Results awaited”) will not be accepted.
